First off: Sorry Joey for stealing your line and then horribly misquoting you.

Second off: Sunday's baking/pizza-making extravaganza = YUM. Huge success for team laskowski this weekend.

See, when it gets rainy and drizzly in Pullman, Ty and I get motivated to bake, and bake we did! By the time we were through we'd made two pizzas, several dozen apple spice bran muffins, and a ridiculous amount of chocolate chip cookies. We had such a fun afternoon making dough and alternately roasting, sauteing, braising, tossing (see photo below!) and baking all of the various components.

I made SO many bran muffins-- in the end we decided the ones with extra butter and honey (obviously) were the best

proof we actually made the dough ourselves (haha)

despite ty's countless attempts to teach me, i've never really gotten up the courage to try this maneuver.

...and the winner of the group? chicken artichoke pesto pizza. :)
